I RECIEVED A LETTER FROM MORGAN PHELPS AND STERN WITH THE DISBURSMENT ADVISORY A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO STATING THAT I NEEDED TO SEND THEM $25.00 FOR THEM TO RELEASE THE $2,997,500.00 THAT I HAVE WON. SO I LOOKED THEM UP ON THE INTERNET TO SEE IF THE COMPANY REALLY EXCISTS AND THATS WHEN I SAW ALL OF THE COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM STATING THAT IT'S A SCAM.
