GRC Vitamins (Endless Youth Vitamins)

I called the company and of course got the run around. Mean while I already contacted my bank and put through a dispute. I ordered Wen Haircare over a month ago, canceled my "membership" that I never signed up for and was refunded the money they pulled from my account. A few weeks later this GRC Vitamins pulls over $40 from my checking account.I call and cancel the " free " trial but one month later I receive another charge. Call again and they said it was never cancelled so I did it again. This happened for 3 months. Guthey Renker is getting scammed or they are scamming. Vitamins have nothing to do with haircare products. I asked why they charged my account for something I never authorized let alone wanted in the first place. I received a bunch of "sorry for the inconvenience". Never got a straight answer from the most unprofessional Customer Service Rep I ever spoke to. I have been working is Customer Service over 5 years and this place sounded like they were running it from their basement. The folks at Wen canceled everything, sent me an email, and I got the refund within 2 days. After I asked for a supervisor with "Amber" from Guthey Renker customer service, she advised me that she got clearance to refund my account and I would be responsible for sending the package back within 6 weeks. I NEVER GOT ANYTHING IN THE MAIL! Now, they are going to try and pull more (Inappropriate Content Removed) on me and claim they sent it blah blah blah. Please don't let this happen to anyone you know, just advise them to call their bank and close out your debit card or account number right away. This is fraud and of course illegal. If these people are smart enough to try to get away with this scam they should be smart enough to get a real job!
