April 28,2009,We had a call from timeshares travels,in BocaRaton,Fl.offering to sell our Timeshare in Kissimee Fl. They wanted all the money up front. They were so convincing that we gave them our creditcard which was Bank of America; Then we came to our senses and canceled the order with Bank of America and received noticed it had been canceled .This was May first week, then in July Statement from Bank of America they had added the charge back to our account,In June of 2009 we had paid our account in full and canceled the account. When the statement came also a new card with a different # was attached. We disagreed with them and protested by telephone and correspondance to no avail. We are still making payments on the account and the Attorney General in Florida is supposed to be working on the case.Have not heard from them in almost a year.Cannot put in the date your complaint will not let me
