I purchased what was supposed to be authentic UGG boots on this website, www.mybootsonsales.com. When I received them, the quality was apparent that they weren't UGG boots. There were blemishes from poor workmanship. I have tried to reach the seller via email more than 4 times and they have not responded. There was no return label in the box, and the website, www.mybootsonsales.com does not provide a phone number or address.

- omgggg i just did the same thing !!! ugh!!! i cant believe google even advertised them on the search engnine !!! they look so fishy now after i have looked further into the site and they will not answer any of my messages !! im so scared im not gonna get my money back and i want to cancel my order !!! the shoes probably arent even authentic anyway ! what did u momabear ???

- I have been in contact with my band, They are trying to help me resolve the issue. However, I have not had a response to the return address to send the boots back, and the shipping cost to China is approx. $75..the same as the cost of one boot!!!! I am so upset. You are right they do not respond, and if they do it is to say the boots are authentic, and they are not!!!!Do not buy them...send them an email that you want to cancel order ASAP!!!! good luck
