had a charge on my bank card for 39.95 from fmltdsupport.com called and told them that I didn't authorize this charge and to have the amount refund. Was told that this is some type of 24 support, when asked through switch company they couldn't answer. As of 10/27 refund still not posted back to my account so I canceled the card so they can't charge anything else. My bank said that if my 10/30 no credit has been given I can dispute the charge and they will open a investigation into the company.
