International boundaries
After trading quite successfully for 6 months with this company we placed a further order that needed payment in full before it was shipped. We then received an email to say that one of the factories that they use was being investigated for tax evasion and that our goods had been confiscated.
The website for the company has since gone offline and we are unable to trace the individual called "Kelly".
We will pursue this with a lawyer in China however if anyone else wants to do a Joint action to minimise costs then get in touch...
