Ordered clothes from there over 5 weeks ago, not only did they never arrive, but after receiving order confirmation, I never received an email with shipping or tracking details. They told me that they are being returned to the company and I cannot get them back. All of the brand representatives I spoke to on the phone were extremely rude, ignorant and couldn't care less about my customer satisfaction. To try and make it up to me, they gave me 30% off my next order, however I don't ever want to shop there again, and I had over 50% off on my missing order so this is very poor compared to that.
