A represenative from National Auto Division contacted me about taking out and extended car insurance policy. I agreed to take it out on my 2006 equionox. I gave them my account number and authorized them to take out $251 a month. I've been trying to reach them to report a claim but when I call I get put on hold. No one ever gets back to me. I waited for two hours on hold last week and I still never got to talk to a live resenative. I've paid them almost $2000. I'm going to cancel authorization of withdrawl from my account. I feel that they are frauds and are just scamming people out of their money. I want others to know about my situation so that these frauds can be put out of bussiness once and for all. Grundy, VA
