They promised to fix my credit report. They game me an address to get my credit reports in the USA. This address cannot provide credit reports for Canadians. When I called about this they told me to send the reports that I got from Canada. Every time I called to get an update, they said someone would call back. They never called back. One time I called as a new customer and as they went through the pitch, I asked a question that needed a supervisor to come on. When he came on and I started to tell him my problem, he told me that someone would call me back. I said no one evers calls back and he promised me a call back. It never happened. I beleive I was scammed because they cannot provide this service to Canadians.
