I signed up with this company and paid $97.00. I received this website from a friend and thought it was legit. I can't not access the membership with the credentials Real Online Income issued to me. I want a refund of the $97.00 because I am not going forward with a personal business online. I feel like I have been hoodwinked.

Record all future calls during mediation with the company in question.
Gather all information, starting from the initial point of contact hence.
If you want to really rattle they're cage, print out all the info include: electronic receipt of transaction, a snippet shot of the denial of service to your paid in full membership.
Send letter with all information to your state Attorney General, including a copy to the company's state Attorney General's Office
Don't forget to also include a print out of the other unresolved complaints against this possible criminal network.
