I ordered a handbag and wallet off of this site and less than 5 minutes after ordering, I sent an email to cancel the order. My card was charged on 10/15/12 and I have had multiple emails from "Will Tell", he just makes promises of a partial refund but I haven't seen a refund as of yet.
