International boundaries

This person has advertisements on a number of sites across the Americas and Australia. They offer loans without credit checks so they are targeting people who are in desperate situations that can easily fall for the scam.
Some advertisements are listed with the name Jim Pitts, and some are just listed with the email address '[email protected]'.

I was told I could get a $45000AUD loan to consolidate my debts and the fee outlined initially was $500. I paid this fee via Western Union (as it was being sent overseas) but then was contacted saying that being an overseas customer, I need to pay an additional fee of $700 in order for them to complete the transfer process. Once this was completed, I was then requested for an additional amount which was told to be a refundable security deposit. The emails go on and on and in between each email Jim confirms that it will be the last fee each time and that funds are ready to be released.

Once I realised I was never going to get the funds, I had requested a refund as I no longer could afford to proceed with the loan. I was told that they would be at a loss if I was to pull out now and therefore would proceed without any further payment. No contact since then for a day and then when I followed up, they advised again that I need to make a payment of $300.
I have requested a refund as the initial fee amount has not only doubled, but has increased substantially and therefore was unable to complete the transaction.
I have not received any contact since then.

Jim (if that is even his/her real name) can be very persuasive, especially if you are in a financially difficult position so I hope from this post that no one else falls in the same situation as I have.
