I ordered an unlock code for my phone on the 23rd of October. After purchase (via PayPal) they stated i would get the code in approx. 19 hours (allegedly calculated based on previous requests). 3-4 hours after payment though, i received an e-mail informing me they had not found an available code for my IMEI number (also, I should make sure it is correct). I was given the promise to be offered an alternative solution. I agreed and confirmed the validity of my IMEI; I asked for a full refund in case they could not offer me another solution. Since I got no reply for more than 24 hours, I tried requesting a refund a bit more firmly. I have not heard of them since then.
