Fund Assurance withdrew $30.00 from my checking account without my authorization. I filled out a payday loan application on checkngon site is all. Suddenly a few days later, notice this $30 withdrawl. My bank (wells) advised me to close the account. Since this Fund Assurance could attempt to withdraw money again. For those that got thru and were told they would receive a refund in 7-10 days, can you PLEASE post again...to let us all know the status of that refund. My bank is currently investigating this under Fraud (to hopefully refund my monies). What a mess! If anyone has an address/state where this FundAssurance is located-please post it here, I want to suggest everyone file a Check Fraud complaint with the district attorneys office. Only info I could get from my bank was the Name "Fifth Third" (which is a lender and insurance company? dont know if that is legit, or not?). I'll post again, once this is resolved.
