My husband and I started working wtih Richard in July of 2012 for a HAMP Modification. We have to date paid them 2288.00 in fees that were to cover our interest and escrow to GMAC. We also worked with Dan White and Adam Kennedy. Today when I called to see if the funds were sent to GMAC as they stated I find out their phones have been shut off, and no, GMAC has not received any monies from these people. We are filing a police report today and will take whatever action against there crooks. We will continue to work with GMAC, and also pursue criminal charges against SFR US Certified Processing, and to gain our funds.
