we purchased an investment programme to make money on lay betting on horse races, we outlaid the agreed $8900.00. Getting minimal support after leaving constant messages to finally receive a call to advise us with updated information which was never discussed at the time of purchasing the programme. we were expecting to pay the additional $5000.00 fee due to making $55000.00 in the first year of receiving the programme. the sales woman jenny matthews informed us that she paid her mortgage monthly due to profits from fairtrack and had no idea about horse racing,and we didnt need to know a thing about racing either, we have been regular punters for many years.however we have lost many thousands of dollars and cannot access our fairtrack programme and couldnt get support. Finally googling fairtrack we discovered we had been scammed. police, accc, scamwatch have now been contacted and notified that we have registered our complaint. this was a lifetime investment programme,with the reputable company of betfair being the only way accessable to fairtrack, this was a very clever scam, maybe betfair should try and help their customers who have been burnt.
