On 9/7/2012 ordered per a TV add two Olde Brooklyn Lanterns for $12.98 including free shipping. Without my authorization they upgraded the order to the premium lanterns and charged me $42.96. After numerous phone calls they gave me a $10.00 and charged me $32.96. I believe this was a scam and I should still be reimbursed $19.98.
