i purchased a 2000 lincoln town car from cars direct, owner of car lot cliff geary,he agreed to take my 1994 dodge ram 1500 truck as trade in, knowing that my truck was in city tow in lot,because of sickness on road,took $500. from my debit card,kept asking me to come to the car lot everyday, for two weeks,after the sale was finalized,on oct. 13th, told me to meet him at the car lot that morning, i thought some thing was,t right ,so i parked two blocks away from car lot,walked to car lot,met cliff geary who said to me, were is my M.F car, isaid we have alright finalized the deal and not to cuss at me, he continued to curse me, and i said i don,t have to take that from him,and tried to walk away,only for him "cliff geary" to start bumping his body againt me trying to get me to hit him, it. he then started calling me niggers, black bastards ,D suckers ,saying give him my car, I said i will see you in court. he then follwed me for 3 blocks ,then one of his employees pulled up, and the car lot owner told him to follw this nigger,i,m going to back. then i called the police, a police officer pulled up ten mins. later ,the officer witness him calling me niggers,bumping up agaisted me ,trying to made me hit him, crussing me,so i asked the officer how much more did i have to take before he "the police officer would do something about it ,and he said if I don,t see it, i can,t do anything about it, finally a seccond officer came and stopped the car lot owner ,then i left. i went back to my car only to see the car lot owner vandalizing my car it was caught on clse ciriut camara
