After I found there website and asked for more information about their investment opportunities,
a person by the name of Anthony Drake of Occidental Capital Partners called me about investment opportunities early November 2010.
Later I got in touch with James Bennett. After him it was Henry Miller I was dealing with up till now.

Occidental Capital partners was offering shares from IOGC (International Oil & Gas Company) for $0.10c per share
On 11/22/2010 I bought 100000 shares worth $10.200USD incl. administration fee
On 01/28/2011 I bought 200000 shares worth $10.400USD incl. administration fee

Henry Millers kept me up to date and informed me that they were in negotiations with a big company based in Singapore (Temasek Holdings)
which was interested in buying all 115 million shares of IOGC for $0.45c per share.
However there were still x amount (about 37 million shares outstanding) which had to be purchased by the, as he said 27 investors.
So Henry Miller had to sell these shares before the contract with Temasek could be signed and there was a deal.

Henry Miller was very convincing when speaking about the deal between Temasek holdings and the 115 million IOGC shares that they would buy.
All investors would have to agree that the shares bought for $0.10c per share would be sold for $0.45 per share. So a profit of $0.35 per share.
He even send me a letter of intent with Temasek holdings as I was asking for proof and more security from my end. After the contract with Temasek
would be signed the deal had to be finalized within the next 15 business days!

Because of the convincing arguments of Henry Miller I invested another $150000USD for 1.5 million shares (paid $153000 including administration fee)

My total investment was now $180.000USD for 1.8 million shares bought for $0.10c per share and ready to be sold for $0.45c per share to Temasek holding.
In total I paid $183600USD incl. administration fees.

On Friday the 4th of March Henry Miller spoke to me over the phone and said that the allocation department had started selling of the shares and transferring
the various funds back to the institutional and residential investors. Because I was one of the smaller investors I would have to probably wait until after the weekend.

Then on Monday the 7th of March Henry Miller rang me and said there was a problem with one of the investors (an old man from Scotland that got caught up in legal family matters???)
and had therefor returned 12 million shares which again had to be sold amongst the 27 investors. Otherwise there would be no deal with Temasek holdings and the shares
would not be sold. I told him clearly that there was NO way I could and would further invest in more shares of IOGC. He was pushing hard for me to buy
more shares, which I strongly rejected!

In the meanwhile I have done some digging on the internet about Occidental Capital Partners checking them out on the FINRA, SPIC, IAPP websites.
Nowhere I could find them being registered. There website has a simple GODADDY domain?? and there were various comments on investmenthub of people
raising their worries of a possible scam. http://who.godaddy.com/whoischeck.aspx?domain=oxycapitalpart...

Whilst the web address gives a San Francisco location the site is registered and located in Costa Rica.

Since our conversation on Monday the 7th Henry Miller has not been in touch with me! I have called the company and left a message. I've also emailed him but
no reply! He then rang me again on Monday the 14th and told me he was struggling to sell the remainder of the 12million shares and that the investors he was talking to
pulled out because of the negative comments/rumours about Occidental Capital Partners. He ensured me however "Rene I give you my word...we will find other buyers to buy the shares
and sell them. Probably not for the same profit but..." Not heard from him since. After calling OCP I learned that the phine lines were not in use and a receptionist of the phone company that transfers
the OCP calls said that OCP was under investigation!

What I can't understand is...That when I've initially transferred the $153000USD (incl fee) and if he is the crook I think he is..why did he still contact me and make me believe that he was still trying hard to
sell the shares??? why did he not straight away F..Off with my money! I don't understand!
