charged my cc , never heard of company, dont know what theyt sell or do. called the number on cc statement, they said i would get refund in 7 days. never got refund, called back, said i would have refund in 3 days and they gave me a authorization number also. never received refund, called back , they said the refund will be in my acct in three days. never received refund, called them back, and demanded the companys phone number. they would not give it to me but promised (a lady named alicia sanders) the refund would be in my acct in 2 days. guess what, it never showed up. called them back, told them who i was, they put me on hold and never came back.
