Phone #917-652-0888 says it is a landline in New York. They somehow got my information and my work # and called it and harrassed me and my co-worker and ended up harrassing my supervisor more than ten phone calls later. They would not stop. Saying they had a case against me for a payday loan. They had told them that I was not available to take the call as I cannot have calls at work but this did not matter. They kept calling. They were told not to call as we are a public intity and govt agency and they are not to call but this did not matter. My office lead called the attorney general and then the sheriff's office and they were lastly told that they were "officially being told to not call this office again or a report will be filed with the sheriff's office." They have not called back as far as I know. They did call me back and tried to be real nice like nothing had happened. I gave them the same message and said if they have a case on me and have my information they should have my address and to send the information to me. He was going to transfer me to his supervisor and I said no, I have walked out on my job thanks to their humiliation and am no longer working and am no longer going to talk to them. I have never went thru anything like this before to where I have been so humuliated. They called my co worker a "stupid lady" and insisted on talking with me and did not care about my work or if I kept my job. Someone needs to do something about these places please!
