A traveling salesman convinced a 92yr woman that she needed a new furnace immediately for almost $6,000 when the one she had was only four years old and installed by Four Seasons. Warren promised a detailed invoice but that never came. The receipt the customer has is a generic one with no details. Unreal that Jose and Jorge could come in to a house with a senior and do this! Never, never would I recommend them - not to my worst enemy! When following up with Four Seasons they were disgusted saying any repairs would be under warranty if they were needed. What a complete scam on seniors!
