They told me that my computer had to be cleaned up from trash or it would crash ! that was a lie, I called 1-877-883-3738 and paid them 100.00 with dept card they also charged me 79.88 on there. It took them 3 hr.s to go into my computer to fix, I thought.I called them about my overcharge of 79.88 , they then said I had errors and warnings on computer and tryed to charge me again to clean it up, I ask them why was I charged a 100.00 if I still had problems, what did they do to my computer, they would answer me, never would tell me what they had done ! would change subject back to try to get me to buy another clean up. They got into my computer and took over, I watched them go into all my accounts, this is a scam , they never done anything to my computer and charged me 179.88. I have called them and asked for return of my money, they say it will take 4-6 days to return my money. Want me to e-mail [email protected] and ask for my refund. I was talking to someone in India. I am very, very upset!
