I have a debit charge that appeared on my account 10/20/12 4:36:06 in amount of $50.35. I have never heard of this company. When I call 1-877-614-4950 it asks for an account # I don't have because I've never done business with these scanners and cannot get a person. Online it says they have live support chat but no representative ever connects. I'm broke & bank can't refund for two weeks.
