In the beginning of September, 2010, both my friend Clement, and I went to RM Computers, which is close to my house. My HP computer was brand new. I had Norton Anti Virus Protection installed to protect my computer against any virus, and the software stopped twice within six months, which my pc had viruses. So Mr. R.Monterio told me to leave the pc, and pick it up in a couple of hours.When we came back; Renaldo unintalled my Windows Vista, which I never authorized him to do, and he downloaded two free softwares into my computer; (1) Windows 7 Pro, and (2) Malaware bytes, without my authorization again. Plus he removed two memory stiks, and said that I didn't need them. When I tried to go unto the internet I get bumped of because the windows was genuine, and if the windows were genuine in the first place I would have had one of Tech Support, and I could have been able to upgrade to Windows 8, but not with fake windows. Now the last straw was that I gave him money to fix the motherboard, and for the memory stiks that I really never needed.I brought my computer to someone else, and he showed me the motherboard that Renaldo never repaired, and I had to replace many componets that were bad, or Mr. Monterio replaced by his used parts. He stole the original Windows Vista, 4 games I installed, the motherboard, and anything else he stole from me. I have to rebuild my computer the way I purchased it. It had a tv tuner, which I could make movies, and a double core, etc. I need someone to help me. I am a senior citizen, and handicap woman. This person is a pirate, and he doesn't care. Please help me to resolve this, and help me to get my money back. To bad I can't get punitive damages for what he put me through. Thank you.
