I ordered the BOGO free(except for s&p fee). Was to get free cookware with the offer, which they did send; but my issue is that 3 wks after ordering i was admitted into the hospital with what is called severe Gastroparesis. Basically my whole digestive tract had become. paralyzed. They ended up removing all but 1ft of my lg intestine, gall bladder, & appendix. I was put on a feeding tube because i can no longer eat solid food. Therefore I attempted to contact customer service, starting from while i was in hospital!, to try to get a return authorization #. I was in the hospital for 23 days! I left over 14 voice mail msgs at the C/S # the order taker had given me. You NEVER NEVER get a person. Its always a voic ir mail telling you to leave a msg & they will get RIGHT BACK to you. What a JOKE! I tried calling at different times during the day too. Eventually they must have flagged my phone # bcuz I started getting a different msg on last 2 tries. It told me yo ho to their website. That would be fine if i hadn't come home to a computer that got fried during RLY bad stormed that had passed thru the area while i was recuperating in the hospital. Since i cannot use the products bcuz i can no longer eat solid food, can only handle consistency of yogurt. I begged them to return my calls & even explained situation...to no avail. The boxes aren't even opened, so i don't even know if i got all the products i ordered. Ordered extras...griddle,grill, etc. With all my medical bills coming in now it sure would be nice to have that $ back. To ALL...BEWARE!!!
