Received a phone call telling me I had taken a survey online and was eligible to receive $100 gas credit and $10 gift card for Walmart. I want my credit card information removed and my money back. Also, after doing this, my email account has been hit by numerous companies (spam). How can I get my email address out of this system? How do I make sure that they cannot access my credit card?
