The bank has repeatedly charged NSF fees for the same transaction. I have been billed a total of $105.00 in fees ($35.00 each) because the system is not smart enough to recognize that these transactions are from the same merchant. The bank thinks it is okay that I am being billed $105.00 for fees, and the supervisor are stubborn and reluctant to even give a partial reversal. I know they are able to reverse these fees as the supervisor responded with a condescending "You are NOT getting these fees waived" instead of "I cannot reverse these fees for you." This institution is slamming everyone with egregious fees and shamelessly defending their right to do so. Avoid Wells Fargo AT ALL COSTS! I will warn everyone against using this sad excuse money pit of a bank!
