This is a company that is supposed to provide on line loans. I had some slight financial issues and applied on line ...LINDA at ext !04 from #209-257-3110 called me and walked me thru an approval process and I was given an approval # for a $1000.00 loan to be deposited into my checking account. I was told that a loan of 1,000 would need to be paid back in installments of $130.00 per month,and that I would need a green dot money pack paypal card to show good faith and that the $130.00 would still be available to me after the deposit was made. I then received a cll from Michelle in accounting who said I needed another $149.00 for PPI insurance so that if I defaulted on the loan....it would be insured...I called in the new green dot # and was given an approval # for the loan, and was told the money would be deposited with in 3 hours..I explained how bad my temporary finacial situation was and this was going to pay my rent and energy bill...was told over and over it was all okay and the money would be deposited...I then called them back as I had not heard from them and was told that there was a problem..I had received $3,000 in my chking account and would need to get another $159.00 greendot card or forget the whole thing...I was about to be evicted sO I borrowed the last payment gave all the inormation to Albert Barker at (Personal Info Removed) he has spoken to me numerous times confirmting that the money will be deposited..Now i cannot get anyone on the phone and my cell # and work # has been blocked by USAPAYDAY LOAN...no money no more phone contact and I am livid...and no evicted
