I received a text in the middle of the night giving me a code to enter within 2 hours of receipt of same on a raffle I supposedly entered last week. This is not true, I do not even enter raffles online. I read the scam information and as much as I need 1000 USD I am not going to respond to this and do not know how they even got my phone number. I am upset as it awoke me and it is very hard for me to get back to sleep. How can these scams be eliminated and how do they get people's phone numbers to text them in the first place?
