This man has been emailing that i have won a sum of money. At first the amount was $500,000USD and I was advised that I had to pay the fees to have the money delivered to me personally, he sent me photos of a cardboard box that he claimed had my winnings in it and certificate which was photographed in a picture frame. After I had paid the first 3 payments, Mr Benson started asking me to open a bank account with the Indian Bank, United Money transfer in my name, I refused at first, then he said if i did it I would not have to pay anymore fees and that the winnings would be increased to $800,000USD.I became suspicious,he then told me he was an FBI agent and it was his job to deliver winnings to winners outside of the US. I believed it, because the lottery he mentioned was one I was playing via the internet. This started in May 2011. To date I have paid out $4800NZD(3500USD), these fees were for taxes, because of the large of amount security personnel had to employed, customs fees entering into NZ and have not received my winnings as stated. He gave a story that he had arrived in NZ and was detained by airport police because of the large sum of money and I needed to pay the airport fees of $500USD, I did this and then he emails and tells me that they were chased by the NZ IRD for possible embezzlement beaus of the large amount of money in the box.I paid another $500USD, each time I paid, nothing ever arrived, just demands to pay more fees.threats of being disqualified if you tell anyone about your winnings.

A year later and to this day this man emails me to tell me I have to pay another $500US for their emails they had been sending me about my winnings.I have stopped playing the US lottery after this, this man to this day is still emailing me for money for fees, can anyone help to catch this fraudster????

I have learnt my lesson and I no the signs of a scam now. this man needs to be caught and dealt with,
