That, I use to be a Directv customer for about a year(from 02-2011-02/2012. with package plan $24.99, monthly, when came on 01/2012, I've lost my place by fire, and and lost my job, which causes that I've told Direct-TV to disconnect my service because I don't a place for TV connection. When I was okay by DirecTV that my service is disconnected(cancelled)and paying my last bill, then came on 02/2012, so came 7 months after on 09/17/2012, that I've seen an illegal collection for $56.79, on my bank account which causes that I went to the bank and found out that's DirectV who's illegally collecting $ 56.79 in my bank card for no service connected, and called them, when I've told that my service was connected wireless with they own upgrade $56.79 package monthly, which is a lied because Direct-TV is a physical connection not wireless.
Which causes that I've filled this complaint against Direct TV for my $56.79, back, and to stop scamming me, and harassing me, with illegal bill for no service connected.
