I have no idea where they got my information. I have not ordered anything online let alone with my checking account. I always use a credit card for secure online transactions.
Once I found a telephone number I called and cancelled this monthly fee for something that I have never used and never will. I did receive a cancellation # and now waiting to see if they refund my money. I was told I was given a 30 day trial period and did not call to cancel therefore they charged my account. How can I cancel within 30 days on something I did not even know about?
