I received an online banking alert that my account is overdrawn. I checked into it and find Zeal Money Solutions as the culprit. I don't know how they got my information and I did not authorize this company for payment. This method of payday loan is unacceptable without the knowledge of fees. There were no email notifications. I call the number to no avail. The recording sends callers to zmshelp.org to get refund. I'm waiting to see if I will get my refund back and get my account cleared and corrected at my bank.
