Contacted at approx 1530hrs
Person (Mike) who said they were with Lordco
Inquired when I would be paying my bill.. over 120 days
I related I would be in to the GF lordco next week (Oct 22nd-26th) to clear it up
The indiv Mike relayed over and over that that was not acceptable .
He indicated that if I gave him my CC over the phone it would all be good and taken care of
I had no guarantee that he even worked for Lordco. Scam calls and various people call all the time.
I reiterated again that I would be in next week
When I realized I was not getting through to him I asked if he had a recent medical exam due to the fact that he didn’t seem to be hearing me
He responded that I had insulted him
He then responded with I had better pay my bill in full tomorrow Oct 18th by noon or he would be contacting their credit collections agency, cancelling my account and would permanently damage my credit information.

This guy was belittling, rude, unprofessional, threatening, demeaning and probably the most arrogant person I have ever dealt with in my 40 of being in industry. He not only caused personal distress, but his threats were unacceptable.
