I keep getting phone calls and emails from asc legal threatening me that they gonna have to take me to court for an advanced cash America loan that I've never had and when I tell them that they hang up on me and won't ans when I try to call back so I dnt know what i should do

- I promise you it is a scam. Contact your State Attorney General's Office immediately and inform them of the situation. They will ask you if you would like to pursue and file a complaint. Hope this helps. DON'T STRESS OVER IT!!!
