Ive bought Handbag from Michael Kors outlet web store. On the description it was said:
its made from calf leather, 16"H x 13"W x 6"D.

I was waiting for any confirmation that i bought this bag but i never received it! I was waiting over 2 weeks for delivery, every day i was sending few emails to the company asking about my package, order number, tracking no. When i finally received the package i was so dissapointed cause the bag was some cheap chinese fake made of faux leather looking like rubber worth max £10. it was sent from Shanghai (china) not from US as it was statet on the web. I send email to the company about my dissapointment and i asked them for returning address. they refused to give it to me. They offered me $20 refund if I refuse to send the bag to them otherwise they dont give me any money. Ive sent the bag on the address i found on the package. This company is cheating people!!!! In the end of the day they change description of bags on the website. I will report this company to OFT (OFFice of Fair Traiding). Could u pls help me get back my money?
