I got that boiler insurance,from DIAL A ROAD COMPANY and i had a problem with the boiler and they told me that if i want the engineer to come to fix it , i have to pay the full year in advance £120, i paid that money and the engineer never came. Every time i called them they were saying that engineer are busy, they have been very rude and never call me back. I dont know what to do to get my money back.
