I bought a extended warranty from Ford I was unaware that the warranty started 2 years previous to the date I bought it. So I feel I was ROBBED of 2 years of warranty and monies that will be needed in the future. I talked with a sales person who said they would get back to me that day. I waited all that day and am still waiting for the to call back. Ford doesn't care they have the money. I wonder how many others have been duped like this.
