I ordered a Houston Texans jersey from what I thought was the Houston Texans Pro Store only to receive an email that the billing was processed by realypay and the charges would appear on my credit card as Shine Clothing Trading Co. Beijing. I do not want a knock-off jersey and that is why I ordered from the Texans Store. I received an email from realypay that my order had been processed and I should receive my merchandise within 3-10 business days. The order was processed on 10/2/12 and I have not received my order. I cannot reach Shine Clothing Co. and doesn't seem to be a phone # to contact realypay which leads me to believe that both companies are a scam leaving me very unhappy. There is no order # or anything for me to refer to. If you have any explaination for this type of activity, I would appreciate you getting back to me. My next step is to contact my bank and dispute these charges!!!
