On Tuesday, October 9,2012, I received a call from a represenative from TV Guide, asking me to renew my TV Guide Subscription for a total of 59 Issues for $59.99. I gave him my debit card and he told me that I would receive a letter within 3 days and that the it will be debited from my checking account of 10/19/12. I tried calling this #: 1-877-819-5938 to talk to a representative to cancel my transaction. I got a recording that stated all representatives are assisting other callers, please hold, a representive will be with shortly, if you would like to leave a message, press the # key. I did this, I could not leave a message, routed me back to the same message, I was on hold for 30 minutes, could not reach a representative. I want my money back. This company is a scam. I notifed my bank of the fraud they did on me. My bank has issued a fraud alert, unfortunately, I cannot do anything until 2 weeks from now. This company will have my money, I need desperately to get it back. I can purchase the TV guide at my local grocery store. How dare they call my home and show on the caller ID unknown name and #.
Please give me my money back, I don't want them to take my money.
