they charge me 30.00 dollars and my overdraft is 28.00 dollars and they said it would be refunded but its not and now they wont even answer there phone. iVe been trying for the last two days and they wil not answer and i dont know if they have my number program in some kind of system

- I will tell you what I know...You need to dispute the charge from your account to your bank. However, this is advised within the same day the transaction post to your account. Also you need to file a complaint with the BBB and the FTC. This company is a fraud and they are working under three different names (that I am aware of) maybe more. Loan Tree Advances, Palm Loan Advances, and Vantage Funding. They have robbed people out of thousands of dollars. I have a very hard time believing that nothing has been done to them yet. This should be illegal and should have a class action lawsuit taken out against them. I would, I just do not know where to start!
