THIS COMPANY A MORT. MODIFICATION FIRM PROMISED ME A MORT MODIFICATION IN 8/2010 CHARGED ME $10,000 REMOVING $750.00 PER MONTH UNTIL 5/2012 WHEN I STOPPED IT AND I GOT A MODIFICATION BUT NOT WHAT I WAS PROMISED. I WAS PROMISED, PRINCIPAL LOAN REDUCTION, MY PAST DUE AREERS TO BE FORGIVING AND REMOVED,AND LASTELY FOR THEM OR THE BANK OF AMERICA TO REPAIR MY DAMAGED CREDIT. THIS IS WHAT I RECIEVED INSTEAD OF OWING 504,000 I NOW OWE 680,000, THERE WAS NO PRINCIPAL LOAN REDUCTION,AND MY CREDIT WASNT REPAIRED. I TOLD MY ATTORNEY AND FREEDOM LEGAL PLANS I AM NOT SATIFIED AND WAS TOLD BY LITVIN LAW FIRM TAKE IT OR THE BANK WILL FORECLOSE ON THE PROPERTY.
