I saw the ad for a trial for 9.99 and decided to try it. A week later I contacted my bank to inquire about a $99.99 transaction and was informed that it was from E-cigs. I did not authorized this transaction and was unaware of this. I called their toll free number on 10/12/12 when I found out about it and was told to call back when I received the shipment that they had already sent me without my knowledge. I received the shipment 10/15/12. I called the toll free number on 10/16/12 and asked for a RMA code in order to return the package(this is what I was told to do when I called on 10/12/12) This person(Gabriel) told me that the RMA code would be e-mailed to me with instructions in order to get a refund.
