Chase has failed for two months in a row now to send me a statement on time-resulting in late fees being attached to my account.
I have two accounts with Chase that I am paying off, and as anyone could see, I pay my bills early--if I get a statement in the mail. the only time that I have ever been late is when Chase neglects to send me a statement...
Now, talking to them, their computer shows that they, of course, sent me a statement, so, maybe I misplaced it(bullshit) or maybe the post office misplaced my mail (I will file a complaint with the postmaster generals office to see what he might have to say about it). I want to know all I can do to fight these, you know whats, because they are fouling up my credit rating just sso they can increase their profits.
