I ordered the Nuwave precision cooktop late Sunday evening on 10/14/2012. After going through my notes and adding up costs, I quickly determined it to be rediculously priced and not what I originally wanted anyway. After six (6) hours on the phone and online this was as close as I could get to customer service. All I wanted to do was cancel the cooktop and order the nuwave oven, but NO ONE answers the phone (despite what the recording tells you). Once they get your credit card number, they've got what they want and could care less about customer service. The one good thing that came from this is that I will stop watching ANY infomercials and keep my credit cards in my wallet.
