I stupidly clicked on their site which gave the impression that it would install new drivers if required. It also included a tweaker package as well.
The £19.95 did not say plus vat and they have taken £23.74 inc vat.
Thye also say in the print out that they will apply each year for this amount. This is illegal as they cannot hold a cardholders details for more than 28 days as per UK law.
They offer a 60 day money back policy but it is impossible to get to them to cancel. I will persist.
