On 10.10.12 my bank account was drafted 30.00 from Palm Loan Advance unauthorized. I contacted them on 10.15.12 only to be refused my money that I didn't authorize. She stated I had to accept the loan but what person in their right mind would allow someone to take money to get money???? I have contacted BBB and will consult an attorney simply out of theft n principal. Thieves.
