Second notice I have received from Capital Reporting Partners alleging that I won $2,454,890.00 if I would just mail in cash, check or money order payable to CRP. This is known as their processing fee. Why not just subtract the procession fee from my winnings? I am over 65 and I believe these crooks are prying on senior citizens. They should be arrested for fraud..
