My granddaughter was led into "free trial" offer and gave her card details for postage only to find her account debited with £54. She has one encountered total obstruction in trying to get her money back. They are obviously a scam company who hide behind their tiny small print conditions to con people into parting with their money for grossly overpriced products of dubious worth.
The sooner they are drummed out of business the better. Anyone any idea of how to achieve this.?
